Went to see the Solar Bear hockey game. Very affordable for a family. Concessions were also pretty reasonable. We sat behind the benches in the 11th row and had a blast. The only downside was we could not bring in an empty Solar Bears cup and had it confiscated. Also leaving the parking garage took over 45 minutes as there was only 1 lane open going down and over 7000 people leaving. Security needed.on all levels to help manage traffic.

Great place for trans-Siberian orchestra! Also saw the Orlando Magic. Nose bleed section is really high and far but good viewing angle. Many food and drink locations. Suprisingly good beer selection. Beautifully designed outside and inside! Elevators and escalators are in multiple locations.

I saw Trans Siberian orchestra here for the fourth year in a row. This was our first year sitting in the floor. The entrance through security at the door was quick and relatively easy. Sitting on the floor has its perks. There is a very nice bar/lounge for those on the floor and it has a huge bathroom. The workers on the floor took you to your seat and we're pleasant. The only real problem I had was the seats are small Right against each other and if the person next to you is large You definitely feel a little cramped.

This place is always well maintained and staff does a good job. The place requires lots of walking so I suggest to wear comfortable shoes always. Seats have cup holders and if you are seating on lower sections then you will be the most comfortable. The higher sections seats feel inclined and if you don't enjoy heights you might not be at all comfortable.

The service gives you a perception of excellence but they are unable to fulfill the care needed for the elderly and handicapped. We were advised not to bring our own chair. Their office stated an usher would be available to take us to the Founders Floor. There was not. 45 minutes later they rushed a wheelchair under our Mother before she collapsed. The lines are long. The people are friendly and polite they are just unable to provide wheelchair service. Anthony has gone beyond and above to accommodate us even getting a jacket for our Mother because she was so cold. The Center is very comfortable and spacious. There doesn’t seem to be a bad seat. But even after a wonderful concert which would have made this review much better. Their customer service failure was solidifiedagain no chair! Even after speaking with the concierge, ushers and Suite servers we waited another 50 minutes for wheelchair assistance. The idea to be able to meet their guest with wheelchair assistance at the parking lot, wheel them to their private elevator and deliver us to our reserved room sounds wonderful but in reality you stand in line, wait for hours and fin for yourself. Bring a wheelchair!

One of the nicest facilities I have ever been to. Staff was friendly and helpful with fans. The arena was clean and comfortable, with seating that was easy to access and plush for a sports venue. The food options were limited, and pricing a little high, but within the average of a sports venue. Overall a pleasant experience, and would attend
    other events in the future.

Went to see Ricardo Arjona's concert on 10/15/17. Was amazed at how great and beautiful the Amway Center is. Staff very friendly and supportive. Food is okay. Parking good also. Overall the concert was out of this world. Had a very great time. Would go again for another concert.

We had a great time in the Chase A Suite, which was awesome. Perfect view of the court. All of the staff from. The front door of the Amway up to the suite were so friendly and helpful. The food was great. We will definitely try to stay there again the next time we come to a Magic game.

I've had multiple good experiences at this venue and will likely return in the future. This particular event was the first time I utilized club seats and I'm glad I did it made the entire experience that much more special. Food was delicious and as advertised there was unlimited amounts of food and drinks including Bud Light and Heineken. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and they even had a sundae bar. Multiple entrances and exits made the building easy to navigate and the entire center was very clean and tidy.

This venue was not all it was hyped up to be. They sold us tickets to have a parking space and yet, we had to park against a wall and some had to park on the ramps. All this occurred due to over selling. The sound was not very good, to the point that the words were hard to understand. There was an echo and they had the amps turned up too high. At one point, Tears for Fears started getting feedback from the amp being turned so high. We also found out that Curt was having problems hearing himself because the ear piece was not working properly. They did not have the monitors on that was closest to the audience, and could be seen from all angles. During Hall and Oates performance, the monitors on the side of the stage went out. This venue is not for true music lovers who want to enjoy the sound of the performers. On the plus side, the employees inside the center were friendly.

Always have a great time here. Love the magic games. Solar bears games are also a good time. Red hot chili peppers performed here as well and it was very memorable!

Honestly everything was great. Friendly staff and very clean. All the drinks and food are a bit pricey though. The only thing I would do differently is getting my seat on the floor or at least back some away from the balcony. I am terribly afraid of heights, and my seat was row one of the club seats. So if I just so happen to trip, there's really nothing protecting me from tumbling over. I had to step out and calm myself down before I walked to my seat because my knees felt like they were going to buckle and I was shaking pretty bad. But the usher walked me to my seat, and once I sat down I was fine. If you aren't afraid of heights you probably won't be able to relate to this, and in that case the club seats are fine. But not if you get sick at the thought of this Ariana Grande was a great performance. I will go back to Amway Stadium again.

Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming. From the people at the metal detectors to the host helping to seat me everyone greets and says hello. Seating is comfortable with plenty of leg room. Huge parking garage, lots of food and beverage choices with short lines and great service. BUTWay too few restrooms, enormously long lines. Sound system for concert was poor. Too bad Stevie Nicks gave a terrible performance.
