No heat and temperature was in and below 20s. Given a space heater that tripped the breaker. Door would not close properly. Morning coffee was a bust. Housekeeping was sorry as hell. We travel alot and have stayed in alot of hotels. That one was by far the worst ever. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper. Half the time there were no towels. We had to buy some. I wouldn't recommend that dump to anyone. If your have to pay a little more for a better place I would suggest that. I guess it would be ok for passing through for a one night stay. Also the staff were really rude smart asses. Looking for some wives of guest to make an appearance real soon. Never ever will we stay there again. I'll pay more for clean and comfort.
I did not care for this place. Things did not work. But they are bedbug free. Though the trashcans outside were never emptied. The showers were adequate. The staff were friendly.
When we arrived we were sent to a dirty room. I had requested a bottom room due to health issues, this room was on second floor. The staff was very good at finding us a room. The next room we received was on the bottom floor right by the office. The room is outdated! They was paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The bathtub didn't drain properly. I reported to the person working and she said she would get someone to look at it.(but still didn't drain the morning we checked out.)The sheets had ink stains on them. I wouldn't suggest taking small children, until updated. They do have alot of out of town people there, there were really nice but on the back side there are people who stay month to month a little creepy back there. The room we had didn't have a microwave, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted, no hair dryer, no alarm. They did have breakfast( found out on our second morning). We did "try" breakfast but there was only eggs and cereal left. The fruit loops, orange juice was good. The eggs were dry and overcooked. Overall it wasn't a horrible stay just update the rooms, make sure there is plenty of breakfast for all the guests, microwaves in all rooms, working mini fridges, and most importantly the peeling paint is a health issue especially for small children. No bed bugs which was a plus! We just stayed for a couple days(2).
I along with my mother have stayed here. The rooms do need some updating, But the manager Jennifer is wonderful she had went above and beyond to help my mother with any needs she needed. All staff we came across was wonderful as well we got welcomed with kindness from the blonde girl cant remember her name had a flower on her arm. Mason was absolutely amazing on breakfast. All around great stay with great staff make a difference to any stay. Thank you & god bless we will stay again when in the area.
Rooms are nasty the showers are gross we went 2 different rooms. Ashes on the floor, people's clothes are hanging on the back of the door trash behind the toilets. I was afraid to touch the walls in the shower. Trash all over the parking lot. No fridge for a extended stay you would think they would have fridges in the rooms. This place is nasty I am a cleaning tech for a cleaning company if I left a room like this I would be fired right away. Please clean the walls in the shower they are gross
The rooms are nasty! We were moved 3 times the first night, first room I wouldn't of put a dead dog in much less a human. The AC was broke, missing cover, the lock on the door was broke, the towels had hair on them, the sink still had dry spit in them, the beds stunk, floors were stained beyond recognition of what they should of looked like. Second room the AC worked, that was the only thing that was different. Third room the floor was still gross, beds smelled alittle better, sink was clean, AC worked, and could lock the door, only had 2 light bulbs that worked, 4 did not. Employee the first night didn't know what he was doing and couldn't seem to figure out any way of helping. Manager was rude and completely disrespectful. Second night the hotel ran out of towel and wash cloths, when we got to our room we had none! Called the front desk and the guy who we also had the first night said he didn't have any, that we might should go buy some!!!!!! Would not ever recommend this place!!!!!!
Staff is super friendly, Matinence is awesome. He works really hard on fixing issues and will spend all day working them out for you! Great guy! This is a older hotel so there is a few issues here and there but he will make sure it is worked out.
I'm a current guest at this hotel been here for 3 months now. The staff and the manager Jennifer are all very nice and helpful never had issue with getting things I needed. The room I stay in is not bad whatsoever the only thing I found wrong with the room was the burn holes in the cover witch I told the former manager about on day one but nothing got done. The negative things I can comment on is the pool won't be open and that the price we pay for extended stay per month we should at least be able to get free breakfast included.
We stayed at this hotel for a recent trip to the NHRA Drag Races. I had booked the room a few weeks prior. We arrived and were told we had one of the newest and cleanest rooms. I felt we needed to purchase a bottle of Tilex with bleach for the shower. The faucets in the shower were nasty, had to push and turn to get the water to come on since screws were missing to hold it in place. The bathroom door had a chunk taken out so it would open and close around the toilet. We had no lights, had to go get light bulbs because there was only ONE in the twin lamp and it wasn't working. The door lock was fine, but the bolt lock on the top of the door was missing have of the assembly. Real safe huh? Thinking after the races we would be able to lounge at the pool. NOPE, Pool is closed. YET, it is advertised on their website. Tried to get ice, no ice machine, had ice in a large container (was mostly water when we needed it. yeah.great for your drink huh? Terrible hotel. Yet being race event, no rooms were available anywhere else. TERRIBLE!
No pool even though it said on priceline there was one. Room was dirty still had Easter candy under the bed and it's June. Doesn't even have flat screen tv's. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.
The rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
Not a bad place just wish the pool was open and had more TV channels but the staff has been nice to me .
We booked a room for The week with the purpose of being here during a family members Hospice Assisted finally hours which I discussed with reception at the time of The reservation. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The room is on the bottom floor but surrounded by construction crews who stay The week and are up early making terrible racket as they depart for work. The room is in poor repair and not near the level of update that was promised over the phone when the reservation was made. The reception host did try to offer an alternative room away from the construction crews who lodge here weekly but the alternative room was even worse. We are going to speak with someone this morning again to see if they can find a better room option for us.
