  This is the 2nd time I've used these movers and will use them again if I want to. Scheduled to arrive 8-9 am, arrived at 8:30am. Had my entire two bed room condo loaded on the truck by way of 10:30am. Drove to new residence and had everything unloaded, setup, and furnishings positioned the place I wanted it with the aid of 12:45pm

  The guys that American Twin Mover sent to take care of the scratches were awesome. Can't see a component from the washer and dryer. And as satisfactory as can be. It's up to twelve stars now.

  My husband and I were given an estimate with an itemized inventory. Joseph assured us that we would pay less based on reduced number of hours and items removed from the inventory list. My husband and I made several trips with boxes reducing the number from 50 to 23 boxes and took other items ourselves to reduce the inventory list. Also, the movers took 6 hours instead of 8 hours to move us. When it was time to pay the final bill, there was no reduction. We were surprised that the movers did not reassemble the bed or the china cabinet. There were items broken like the handle from a 2-door cabinet and the 3 lights on the entertainment unit. It would have been appreciated if the movers just let us know instead of finding the lights disconnected inside one of the compartments and the door handle broken after they left.
  
  Also one of the movers was very unprofessional talking to his girlfriend on his cell phone while moving our furniture. We could here him talking aloud throughout the move.
  
  Also, we were told that the movers would lay blankets to cover the floors. This was not done at either location. When we noticed, my husband rushed to our new home in order to cut and tape cardboard down on all the floors going to the rooms to protect the floors. It is very disappointing that we were assured something and made every effort to bring down the cost, and it did not actually happen.
  
  There was no response to our calls and email to discuss the final bill.
  
  I would not recommend this moving company.
