I work for a trucking company and have used this company multiple times recently. They have been very quick and easy to work with. From my view their work is excellent and the terminal manager has sent no complaints about the work performed. For the life of me I can't remember the operators name but she has always been very polite and helpful. I plan to keep using American Truck and Trailer for my emergency needs for the foreseeable future.

Sent out what I consider an inexperienced and unprepared technician to change one blown out steer tire .Took him two hours.For this they. Harness me $820 .Not 2 hours to get to mebut 2 hours to change the tire once he arrivedI would not recommend thiese guys to anyone EVER.

Went in to replace 4 hinges on the trailer door.
Business tried to extort $1100 for changing 4 hinges where normally this costs about $300 to do it. Then threaten to lock up trailer when we told them we not paying $1100 for what normally costs $300. Business still end up extorting from us $200 to remove installed hinges. This is very unethical business ran by colored minorities. Stay away if you do not want to be ripped off or hostages situationresponse / report this review -

Came here for an oil change, A/C fixed, and cruise control fixed… I talked to the guy Saturday morning and he told me that he could get my truck done on Tuesday and it would be finished that evening so I Brought my truck here early Tuesday morning, I call later on in the day and they say they would not start on it until Wednesday morning. Okay cool, Wednesday afternoon comes and I call and ask if they’re working on my truck. They stated they’re working on it.. ok great. I receive no call that evening so Thursday morning comes and I call and they said my truck will be finished at 430pm with everything done. 4:30pm comes , I come to the shop and the ONLY thing they’ve done to my truck was the oil change… which they had done on Wednesday. So all of Thursday my truck was just been sitting there. I’ve missed 3 days of work for just an oil change..and on top of that when I got to my truck to leave, the truck was dead. They’re very unorganized. Highly dissatisfied with the service. If you can please use another mechanic

Needed a tire change on my MCI 4500 bus, they said yes we can do that for about $75. I asked how much for a mobile call instead of me driving to them, he said it's a $400 service call. They were 35 miles from me. I said I'll drive to you.
He only charged me $52 . Definitely worth the drive.
Thank you guys.
Had me in and out in 20 min.
