2:30 pm appointment for a pick-up. Got here at 1:45 pm. Checked in and was instantly given a door. I was getting loaded 5 mins after I backed up to the door. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have to park kinda far away from the Driver Check-In door. And, of course, it just so happened to start raining lol!
