  Not even worth a star but had to submit one to publish this review. This company is terrible to deal with. Placed original order in July, was to take 8 weeks, by October after we still didn't receive the order called back. They said the order was never placed. So we REPLACED the order, being told we had JUST MADE THE CUT OFF, after replacing the order in the beginning of October, we still hadn't received order by the end of November. Called them back and they said first we never placed order, when we contested they said we didn't make the cut off. Needless to say, order was cancelled. I would not recommend this business to anyone!

  Order placed Sept 2016 with 10% down told installation would be Nov 2016, Called late October for delivery. I was told NO record of order, then called dealer where order was placed, dealer told me order was placed. Told me after order in placed it is out of their hands. I did NOT cancel, called American Steel 3 times person (different person each time) answering phone told me someone will contact me.. I am still waiting it has been 1 year!! SCAM?? Had to give one star to allow post... Oh and no chance of refund dealer said they did their part..

  Worst company ever! They will tell you they are coming and make you wait all day. Won't show up or call and wont return your 5 messages! Oh but they took my deposit with no problem. Nightmare!!!!!!

  Doubled their prices over 3 years, then tell me they only make 5% on a building? Judging on the overall incompetence of the installers, I'm sure they save quite a bit in labor. Just like the other reviews, no respect for time, your property, or the product they install. Dents, scrapes, and poor cuts is what you get for repeat business. Stay away!

  Horrible
  I wish I found this site before my husband placed order, the reviews are correct, placed order on May 2nd, was installed July 3rd, 2 months later . Was supposed to be installed on June 30 between 11 and 3, my husband lost pay by taking time off from work only to be waiting forever and no show, around 7:30 pm we finally got to speak with installer after numerous calls to Texas office saying they are on their way, installer was still on another job, we stated no lights here, by the time they would be finished with their job and got here and if they actually installed would be after midnight, not acceptable. They agreed to come back Monday July 3rd, if they did that in beginning we wouldn't have lost my husband's pay. Well they came July 3rd and after verifying from photos my husband sent and hundreds of dollars we spent on gravel, state they couldn't install there. First of all the salesman Bill from Pine Creek structures, Plains, Pa. conned my husband into buying an extra foot higher, why I don't know, I'm sure to make a bigger sale, poor ethics, completely unnecessary, way too high. So now I have this huge ugly piece of metal where I had plans to put a beautiful Amish shed. Either that or they take it back and we lose a ton of money. My husband is getting the brunt of my resentment, to put it mildly, unfortunately that should be placed on the salesperson Bill for lying about installation days (said could be done on weekends) and up selling, installer for verifying site for installation only to make us change last minute, in my opinion because it would be a little harder to do and would take more time and finally the company for overbooking to make a dollar. My husband spent days preparing the site, getting the gravel delivered, trimming trees, it's would have been perfect where we wanted it, oh and before I forget one installer wanted to use my bathroom to take a poop, how unprofessional! I said no, I wish I could relay how unhappy and truly angry I am about this whole ordeal, because words cannot express my true feelings!

  Install crew jacked me for an extra 150.00 claiming my pad was not level. Checked the next morning,in daylight. The carport was 4 inches out of level on the right side. They never returned to fix it. They charged my credit card twice for 1000.00. Got that back. The carport structure was good. Incredibly poor install crew. NEVER AGAIN.

  Waited weeks to have the building installed. They kept changing the dates. Finally when they did get the building finished at dark we inspected it the next day. SHODDY WORK!!!! Very nice building but there were dents in the door, metal side panels were bent and scraped. Overhead door didn't close properly. Vinyl on overhead door was torn. Soffit was improperly installed. Dirty hand marks on white trim and doors. Contacted them and they agreed to fix the problems. Ha. They came at dusk and worked in the dark with headlamps. Repaired the vinyl, replaced the side door (which doesn't close properly now). Redid the soffit but scratched the side panels to the bare metal and replaced the side panels that were bent and scraped by others that were also bent and scraped. Added more dirty hand prints than we had the first time.
  Not really that fussy a person but when you buy a new car, you don't want one with dents and scratches. Same goes for the building, when you pay for a "new" building that is what you should get. Their installers need to do much better work. Unless you can watch the installation to oversee the workers, I would pass on their building. Price was good, design was good, installation TERRIBLE!!!!!

  Placed an order on 23 Sep with the main office and was told it would be 3--4 weeks. Went to cancel the order last week and was asked to give them another week. Still no call. Called to cancel the order and was told I would have to wait for the person that took my order to credit my card for the deposit. How much sense does that make? I paid the company, not the sales person. Finally asked for a manager and was told they should be my way in a week or two and asked if I would take a discount. Didn't happen. I don't know how they can be in business when there is absolutely no customer service or product delivered when promised.
