Won 1 year unlimited package in 2011. Called in & they claim to have NO RECORD of it. Also told me that b/c I got make-up dates from services done previously (regardless of reason i.e., staff wasn't even present when I showed up, staff needed to reschedule, I was burned on my stomach b/c of poor training, etc) that it was like I got my winnings already.

Seriously? How could I receive winnings when I hadn't even won yet???

Been through 4 Managers since I've spent $2,000.00 there. Been rescheduled, burned and service didn't even work!

Thank goodness they are closing the Richmond location because this company is not a good employer nor are they honest.

I disagree with the previous review. Every single visit has been satisfying, due to great client service and an efficient system. Everyone here is very friendly and I know I am getting my money's worth. I would recommend this center to anyone.
