  Avoid this clinic. The service stops at high pressure sales. Therapists are poorly trained, careless and do not follow through especially if they have made an error. I was burnt during laser hair removal treatment. This was reported immediately both to the therapist and manager. The response was unhelpful and the promised follow up never materialized. I have been to other clinics all over the world. This one is definitely sub- standard.

  I have a bad problem with the hair on my face. Its been very hard to find a place that I feel comfortable going. So I finally decided to go to America Laser in downtown Seattle and as soon as I step in it felt warm and welcome. A very nice welcoming manager Angelina went through all the info with me and assured that I was in good hands. I am on my 5th session an can totally see and feel the difference. I can wake up and put on my make up with out checking to see if there was those annoying hair around my chin! ITS AWESOME! Highly recommended!

  If you ever walked into somewhere and felt uneasy or got a bad vibe right away. Don't do what I did. Told the front desk that I had an appointment. They said yes but looked bewildered. I did a consultation and got pressured into signing a contract and paying way more for a package than I expected. I felt like I did something completely wrong. When I went home I realized that my appointment was supposed to be at another business in that same building that had over a hundred great reviews and happy customers. That was my big mistake. I tried calling American Laser back and got only an 1800 operator that would not connect me with the office itself. I decided to make the best of it and start my treatments. This experience became even worse. I felt the person doing my treatment did not know what she was doing because she missed half the area that was supposed to be treated then argued with me about it. Her energy and professionalism was so bad. I didn't want to go back but I paid so much money for the treatments that I dreaded the experience. I recommend doing your research and not going here.

  I've been coming here for almost a year to remove unwanted hair and I'd say about 90% of the hair is gone and has not come back. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they get to know you. I've recommend this place to my friends. No, one treatment will not be all you need, but (and they explain this) if you're patient, you will get results you want.

  This is a WONDERFUL place! The staff is always very friendly, professional and helpful. I have received every service that this company offers and will continue to do so. The equipment is always VERY clean and updated. My laser hair removal is working wonderfully! All of the microderm and photofacials have brightened up and smoothed out my skin, TREMENDOUSLY! I do not know how I wore shorts without the Vella treatment! Thank you, American Laser Center, Seattle, for being in my life!
