  I have had 2 laser appointments so far for my bikini and I can tell that the esthetician isn't doing a very good job of getting everything. Where she does get it's working really well but you can tell very clearly exactly where she is missing and it's frustrating that I am paying over 1000 dollars for this and she isn't even getting it all. And when I tried to tell her she got really short with me. It feel that if I am going to pay them this much she should do a better job and not be rude. If it gets better or worse with more treatments I will update my rating.

  While the techs seem nice, I have been very disappointed with the lack of results. This is a very expensive time consuming procedure and, frankly, I expected ALOT more. I had 3 laser hair removal sessions 15 years ago and had better results way back then. They are very inflexible about the length of time between treatments. I would definitely not go back here again. It would be a better and more cost effective option to go to one of the places that offers by the treatment pricing instead of getting locked into an expensive contract here. That's what I will be doing to try to get the results I was looking for after my contract expires . . . because unfortunately I am still hairy.

  This is round 2 for my laser hair removal on bikini and underarms. I had this procedure done in 2006 and it was well worth the money! Recently I had a baby so I need to have a little touch up done and I recomend this procedure to every women out there. oh and you cant beat the customer service!
