  DO NOT!!! Work for this company, especially if they assign you to work in Medley At Seboard Marine.I worked for American Guard for 2 years and I honestly should of left sooner, better yet not have taken the job.1. They only pay you $9.25 2.you will not get a rest break or lunch break and you will be working 12 hours or 10 hours in the sun mind you if you work over 6 or 7 hours you are supposed to get a break. The Supervisors expect you to do everything and are lazy and they expected me to work in Hurricane Irma. On the bright side they started to pay us every week but depending on your hours it will be impossible to save money getting paid every week. DO NOT APPLY with American Guard Services you can tell them about issues you have or any problems and they will forgot over and over and not resolve the issues

  I work there in 2014and the company is terrible. The TSO officer are very unprofessional and they overlook you they ate not pleasant and rude.The company need to be overhaul .I left after three weeks. And found something much better.We need officer not there for a paycheck.Get it together America Guard.

  I worked in 2007 there and they have excellent benefits that covers the whole family and aunts uncles grandchildren plus more thank god for waking u up this morning,
