Helpful staff. Needs to be larger but that's not really AA's fault. Clearly limited airport space for them to lease.

Clean, nice staff but the internet is slow and the bathrooms could be cleaned more frequently.

Snacks are very good and there is a full service bar where you can order meals. Seats are very comfortable, restrooms clean, charging ports everywhere, I enjoy it here.

Comfortable leather chairs and a quiet relaxing environment. The Continental style breakfast had a large selection, and free WiFi separate from the airport's free WiFi as well. I recommend it, concourse B

Currently sitting in the Admirals Club in Charlotte. Have been waiting by the bar for 12 minutes now for someone to come take my food order. I guess I will find some places else to eat.

Very bad custymer service . Rude peoples , I have 12 hours delay. Would not refund my holtel cost. Sent me to other cheap airline I paid for Korean air. End up with Cathay and American suck airline. I wish I never have to travel to this airline ever .

Here weekly at the CLT lounges, friendly staff, however it is getting crowded. Would be nice if they had a quacamole bar at B terminal club

Horrible flights:Monday trying to leave Philly and get home to Palm Beach they cancelled flight for weather which was fine at the time the flight was scheduled. Rescheduling all 3 of us some 27 hours later with a stop in Charlotte when original flight were non stop both ways. Leaving Philly the delay the flight over an hour but 15 minutes at a time so no one could make other arrangements. Of course when we got to Charlotte our plane had departed without us. They booked us a flight with a stop that would get us home until a second day passed and said they were not giving hotol costs for no particular reason as the acknowledged the second delay was a mechanical problem which is supposed to entitle you to hotel costs.
Id go on but the 3 of us are stuck in the airport overnight and Im exhausted.
Needless to say, I plan to never use them again and suggest you don't either. They will be the recipient of a suit come next week.
Worst airline experience ever in 55 years!!!

Apparently if you are Black or Hispanic you have to show a photo ID at the American Airlines Admirals Club in Charlotte NC even though you are a member. If you are White you just show your ticket and you get in. What's amazing is I didn't have to show a photo I'D to board my flight,

Rude! I am Executive Platinum with AA but am going to switch to another airline. American just continues to treat EP worse and worse. Have been trying for 2 days to get to a meeting and they keep canceling r delaying my flights and they will not even sell me a day pass for the Admirals Club so I can have a quite place to join my meeting by phone. They create the problem for me but will not even do one thing to try to alleviate it. I'm through with them and will take the revenue to another airline for me and all of my team. I'm giving one star because you have to to post but they deserve zero.

I rarely write reviews, but was impressed with the staff. Everyone from the roving cleaning crew to the main desk.

Smaller of the two lounge's located here. Thus spot gets crowded quickly but services as a nice sanctuary from the main terminal hustle.

Nice place to avoid crowds if you have a wait. I paid $59 for the privilege. Considering I didn't have to purchase lunch, it's still worth it. The snacks provided were among some of the best I've gotten at any lounge.

I was actually in Charlotte Douglas' Admiral Club a couple days ago, and might I say that my experience was wonderful. Especially the server in the back, she was of African American ethnicity, I believe she told me her name was Tan like a color. She told me was new but she truly went out her way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I do not know if that's in her job description but the area where she was working, it was very well cleaned and organized. She made sure the food and everything the guest needed was well stocked. But the overall club itself was very clean compared to other clubs I've visited. The club staff overall was very nice and friendly, especially the girl in the back Tan I think is her name she gave great conversation and kept a smile. I was pleased and definitely look forward to coming back.
