Went there to have a nail removed from tire and repaired. I was told it would be 1 hr and 45 mins for the wait. I agreed, because I was told this would be the safest option for me since I commute, rather than just put air in my tire and keep driving and have it repaired later. I waited for 2hr and 10 mins and drove off on my commute back to the Coachella Valley. The next morning I get up and go to AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT, were I usually get all my tires and repair done. When the tire tech goes to rotate my tire that American Tire said they "repaired" I still had the darn nail in it. So FYI whenever you go there and have a repair etc and they are extremely busy DOUBLE maybe even TRIPLE check their work.

We blew a tire on our travel trailer 10 miles outside of El Centro. We couldn't get the spare off. So we ended up having to unhitch and take the blown tire all the way back to El Centro. We walked in and told them what had happened and within 10 minutes they had a new tire on our rim and we were out the door. So friendly and nice with very quick service in an emergency. Thank you so much Discount Tire of El Centro!

The best tire service place I've ever been. All the staff treats customers with the utmost professionalism and tact. In fact, I would dare say they can boast having the greatest customer service of any store I've been to. Five star all the way!
