The pool and hot tub are great. Front desk employee Jesse is the best. Break fast was awesome. The rooms are really reasonably priced. Will be back soon.

This hotel is amazing. The pool was warm. 81 degrees. Hot sauna, and a large hot tub Breakfast made hot and fresh. Smell of cookies and muffins got' s me. I am picky too, so fresh coffee is important to me. ALEX was so helpful. Hotel is very clean and reasonably priced. Internet, cable, and a friendy staff 24 hours.

The owner is a nice guy tries very hard to satisfy, I did not like his housekeeping the lady would not clean my room. Also the hot tub was not available the breakfast the eggs were half done people kept getting sick I believe I got samanilla poisoning due to the half cooked eggs. The cook that maintains the breakfast shut the juice machine down because people she said were using their own cups. In that case post signs stating no cups other than the ones provided. Also there in no elevator the steps are not good for a tired person. The hotel is too picky about the guests, they walk by your room listening at your door. There is no place to smoke and you cannot smoke 100 feet by the doors so either in your vehicle or across the street. The owner will call police if the smoke outside the door.They also rent the swimming pool out to local people. So if you want a private tie with you and your mate you have to go when there are no kids swimming. Not a good experience.

My stay there was AMAZING. The suite was beautiful! Very comfortable spacious and clean. The staff members were very accommodating and welcoming. My favorite would have to be the jetted tub in the room. I will definitely go back and I would recommend this place to others.

We stayed there this past weekend. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and breakfast is wonderful. If you simply plan to sleep and see the sites, and shop, great place. We , however , had planned to spend all Sunday in pool area, playing cards, taking a hot tub or sauna, but neither of which were operational. I was told the hot tub has been down for awhile due to inability to find someone to repair it. They soon may need to close the pool. On Sunday, the pool was occupied by swimming lessons from 11 until after 4. I was told this is common as it is a slow day. So as not to discourage others from staying here, I would also comment that the staff is very friendly.

Good hotel for the price. The room was clean. There was good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The employees were friendly. The hot tub is being removed, but the pool was nice. The breakfast room is tiny.

They had a very good breakfadt and the employees were very nice and helpful. Calling in to get reservations at the last minute the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable.

We toured this hotel in December because we were coming from out of state for a convention this month. At the time we toured we double-checked to make sure they allowed pets as we have a small dog with a crate. They assured us they did have pet rooms available. When the rooms were booked early this year, we again verified that we could bring our dog and they said it was a $25 per night pet fee. So we reserved three rooms. We are now here from Texas and they are telling us we cannot have a pet at all. That is unacceptable since we were very clear about the pet and they assured us that we could bring the pet. Thankfully we were able to find three nice rooms at another hotel chain and canceled the rooms here. We will never stay at this hotel ever. There was a special note on a reservation saying we had a pet. If they changed their policy, they should have told us ahead of time. Not when we finally got to town. They would not even compensate our room price for their inconsideration. VERY POOR business practice.

The room was pristine and comfortable with full climate control and ample fridge space. A great variety of live and on-demand TV was also available. There was plenty of hot water, but beware that the faucets tend to run particularly hot. The bedding was clean, plush and very relaxing. The hotel is not far from any local amenities we could have needed.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was actually really impressive. Price was reasonable for the size and quality of the room (especially on a holiday weekend with a major event going on). Would definitely stay again.

In WI for work and picked this hotel because I wanted to be close to dining and some shopping but not in the middle of it. Initially I was worried because the driveway leading to hotel was in need of repair and by the look of the pool area I thought it seemed older and possibly not kept well. I was happily surprised. I had room 102 which was perfect for just me. Too small for a fam of 4. Breakfast had a good selection everything morning and it was a hot breakfast which is always nice! Coffee going all day long! Owner was very friendly. Used the hot tub one night. Pool is heated. Very convenient to freeway. Stores and food.
