Food was good, but the owner was a bit weird when I asked for the restroom before we got seated.. kimuche was not authentic, I asked the waiter over and over before ordering and he claimed it was.. service was good..I would go back, but there are literally couple hundred restaurants in key west with good food.. the experience when we first came in ruined it I mean what's the problem with going to the restroom to wash your hands before eating?

The food was delicious! Not wrapped super well, quite a few fell apart but didn't matter much haha. Was not very busy since we went towards the later side of the evening, and Key West is still rebounding in tourism since the hurricane. Got really attentive service, so it's hard to tell if they normally would be or just because of those factors. Not a very large dining room but very nice ambiance and decorations. Highly recommend!

Fish was good but really sloppily rolled. Had to leave after the appetizers.
Came back next night bc I was still craving sushi Jasmine was amazing. Food was phenomenal! I would definitely come back!!!!!response / report this review -

Went in with my friends (10 of us). We were told they couldn't split the check. In order to not have one person pay $500 on one card, we asked to sit at the bar or have separate tables for two of us at a time when there were plenty of open tables. Our requests were declined saying that it is the owner's policy that any group has to pay on one check. What a joke!!! That owner is stupid to lose out on all that money!!

Very friendly waitstaff and wonderful fast service, however all of the rolls we ordered were way too big. Could not fit each piece into my mouth, too awkward. Flavor wise, the spider roll was excellent (the pieces though, still, had to cut them up to eat them). Cool atmosphere, but the music was too loud and didn't fit the environment.

The best fresh Sushi and Sashimi in the Island, or outside. Other than a short-tempered-waitress, the staff were very friendly and nice.
We went for the second time and dinner was fantastic. Order: Ambrosia For Two. Jazmine was a great server.response / report this review -

Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Exceptionally friendly wait staff, everything was very reasonably priced and the restaurant was immaculate. Probably the best food and service on the island.

The food is perfect and the service is on point. An added bonus of cool mid-century modern architecture. Definitely recommend for any sushi lovers.

Local here! I love this place! Best place to bring your boyfriend, girlfriend, fiancee, husband, wife life partner, etc!! The playboy is amazing and "The beauty and the beast." They always are so nice there! Ask for Agnese she is so sweet!!! Always get the lychee sorbet if they have it!!!

Great atmosphere, great service. Food was overall really good, I have some minor critiques but they're not worth mentioning. Pricing was also very reasonable especially for Key West. Definitely recommend this if you have a hankering for sushi, try the Florida lobster roll if in season.
