  Was using always blooming to deliver flowers to my wife every month for almost a year. Flowers were great and so was delivery.. till my wife's bday and I asked them to deliver on that day. They missed my wife's bday. :( got a were so sorry but, they still charged me,they delivered the day after.. to the wrong address, and the flowers were starting to wilt by the time we got them. Figured even after all that I would give them another chance. So after they mover to rt 10 I went in to see the new place and get flowered for the wife.. the staff was rude and the lady was arguing with me about wich flowers "I" wanted. She wanted me to buy an arrangement that was already made and when I wouldn't it was a huge attitude.. so I'll never go back again.. I don't know what happened over time but, the service fell off the cliff.. don't bother

  Absolutely pathetic service. We were working with Dave for flowers for our wedding. First of all, he woulnd't give us a detailed product quote unless we gave him a deposit. Why in the world would I pay a deposit for something that I didn't know I was paying for? Second, the price he came up with was way way higher than his first quote. No chance. Then he called and left me a voice message saying he needed the deposit before we could get the details of the flowers we were paying for, and that if we wanted to do part of the flowers with another store (to save money from their outrageous prices), he wasn't interested in doing it at all. So I said, fine, have it your way, you won't get our business. I called to cancel any arrangements. Told Dave we weren't using his services, and he said "That's fine" and hung up on me! What a jerk.

  Plenty of options, friendly helpful people and wonderful flowers. This is my first choice when buying flowers.
