We followed Heidi Olson Fitzgerald after she move to Altaire. My wife and I have never been treated so kind at any clinic we have visited. The people genuinely care about you, (the patient), they don't treat you like a time slot or just another billable client. You are not a number there, you are treated like family.

ALTAIRE Clinic is amazing! So friendly and really do their best to accommodate their patients. We are always greeted with a smile and our name. Angela Dolalie Kelsch is the best! She is real and truly cares about her patients.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Was able to get an appointment for the week after I called. Other dermatologist were booking into February. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. I had no questions or unknown answers when I left because they covered everything! I felt like they went above and beyond!

The amazing reception staff would have been enough to highly recommend Altaire, but that high level of service continued into the exam room and throughout my experience! I felt a far more personal experience from a family style atmosphere vs a traditional clinic experience. The building and facilities are new and incredibly nice, no long waiting, parking right next to the door (which is a big deal where we live). Such a fantastic experience in every facet!

I went here because I had been given a gift card. I travel alot for work in our busy season so I had asked if there was an expiration date, I was told there was no expiration date. Now currently, in my slow season I booked my appointment. Upon presenting my gift card I was asked who I received my gift card from as to confirm I was the man it was intended for, this seemed a bit strange but okay..At my 1st appointment we went over that I would need a few follow-up appointments due to my ethnic skin/hair type to reach my goal.
I left my gift card with the receptionistist as it was intended to be used at my up coming appointments. My gift card was large enough to cover 2 more visits.
A few weeks later I was contacted by the woman who gave me the gift card stating she gave her other friend a gift card and that there were no more funds available, and her friend ended up having to pay the amount I had used. I reached out to Altaire looking for clarification, I was told that the account linked to this non refundable, and non transferable gift card (as clearly printed on the card) had been used up with another gift card and that the purchaser told them she had it all worked out with me.(not the case)This explanation made zero sense as just a few weeks prior I had scheduled and discussed my up coming appointments. The receptionist said she would check with the owner and get back to me. When she called me back in a short hour later, she relayed the message that the gift card funds had been depleted.
I feel it is my responsibility to share with the public the scam of how their gift cards do become transferable once a procedure has been started so more money is spent because a person really has no other choice but to finish what had been started. Given my experience of how their gift cards are "linked to an account", transferable, and the screening done complete with a phone call made to the purchaser notifying them of the cards use; if your card is ever lost or stolen there is no way you should ever be out any money!
