Had a great experience! Jonathan Brian Montgomery really listened to what we needed and helped find what worked best for my family. Plus, he did not mind my two little ones running around which really helped take stress away from the experience. Very much recommend his help when looking for a vehicle.

Alpine gets 5 stars for one reason and one reason only…their used car sales guy, Aaron. I showed up at the dealer at 830 am to see if they wanted to buy my truck. They offered a fair price but wanted me to come back in 7 days to get a check! Wait…What?? I went down the street and sold it to another dealership and walked away with a check in 10 minutes. Later that same day, my wife happened to find one of the vehicles I was in the market for listed on Car Gurus for a great price. We drove back to Alpine for a test drive. The car was in great condition and we were ready to make a deal. Unfortunately, we ran into Julian Marquez, the used car manager. He kept quoting a sale price $1500 more than what the car was clearly advertised for. He continued to be unprofessional and even got hostile, saying “I’m not budging on my price one red cent.” He said I was being “cheap” and “didn’t want to pay.” At this point, I was willing to pay exactly what the car was advertised for so the fact that this manager wouldn’t honor the advertised price over a difference of $1500 was mind boggling. And being so rude in the process made it that much worse. Eventually he was rude enough that I walked out. I shook Aaron’s hand and said good luck trying to be successful with a boss like that. I told him that the car was a great deal but I’d rather pay more somewhere else than continue to be disrespected by Julian. After we left, Aaron texted us almost immediately and apologized for his manager’s behavior. He asked for some time to go up the chain and to earn our business. I will say that Julian later called and apologized to my wife and ultimately honored the advertised price. But the only reason I went back was because of Aaron. His professionalism and persistence made the difference. I can’t say it was a pleasant experience overall but ultimately Aaron did try to make things right. My first impression of Alpine will always be what I experienced but I’ll buy a car from Aaron any day anywhere. If Alpine could figure out how to streamline things (7 days for a check?!), find better managers, and add more salespeople like Aaron (and Eli), other customers can hopefully avoid the experience we had.

I really am happy alpine ford took over the Pueblo dealership. It’s a completely different place than it once was! The salesman Zachary was extremely helpful, kind, and patient!! I’d give him a million stars if I could! I’ve gone there in the past and had to leave immediately before alpine came in , this time I bought a new vehicle straight away! And got out of my insane interest rate on my old vehicle! I appreciate the service and support, keep up the good work! Go see Zachary !

Our salesman Silas was amazing and went above and beyond to get us the truck we have been wanting for the price range we needed! He was so calm and so kind to me with my two babies and even waited for my husband to get there when he got off work!

I want to say I really appreciate him and his father in finance for all their hard work and devotion to this store and their customers to have the best buying process! I will for sure let everyone I know to come to this dealership for their next vehicle!

I worked with Stephen Overcash and Mario when I bought my new truck. I explained to Stephen before anything started the poor experiences I had at other dealerships. Immediately Stephen put my worries to rest. After test driving a couple different trucks, I ended up loving the truck that Stephen recommended. After having the price of the truck explained to me, I explained my budget. Stephen, Mario and probably other staff helped me get the price on the truck I wanted and worked extra hard to get me an amazing trade in value for my truck. While financing (Mario) worked his magic, Stephen remained very personable and spoke with throughout my entire visit.

In all this dealership, Stephen, Mario, and all of the other employees are amazing to work with. I have already recommended Alpine and Stephen to several friends and will continue to. By far this was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle.
