  This is a great place! They have a beautiful showroom with a wide selection of inserts, fireplaces and stoves. I have been in the showroom on many occasions and have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff (Mike or Brandi).
  
  My husband has a professional relationship with Alpine, and works with some of their customers who need service sooner than Alpine's service department can get out there, because they are in such high demand in the Fall and Winter months. Every customer of theirs my husband has come into contact with has had a great experience with Alpine and loves their services and products. Likewise, having been to and tried to work with other fireplace stores in the Treasure Valley, anyone we come into contact with who needs a fireplace replacement is referred to Alpine as we are confident in their service and wonderful quality appliances.

  Utilized their services in Boise Idaho since 2015. Professional, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Service person "Dan" respectful & exercises precautionary measures when inside home.

  My wife and I walked in looking for a fireplace mantle . When we walked in no one was around for a few minutes. Then a lady came out and greeted us. We asked if they carried any mantle ? She rudely replied no, I then asked if they know of any places that might ? She again replied no. Only got one word answers and a frustrated look. Not sure if they work on commission or just having a bad day. We where needing new fireplace inserts because ours are from 2002. But after that first interaction we decided to shop somewhere else. I do feel like we where being judged a little. We are a young looking couple, but we own a nice home with 3 fireplaces. They really lost out on this one. We went with another company and spent 20k with them and are very happy with the work.

  Tried to get service on my fireplace Alpine installed because it is leaking gas. Staff stated it would have to wait until January, they are too busy. They gave me other numbers of competitors to get service and other dealers "do not want to mess with Alpine's installs". I use this fireplace to heat half of my house so going without it for 3 months in winter isn't a viable option. Alpines staff, both the manager and scheduler insinuated I should have scheduled before the busy season. I use this fireplace all year long and I can tell you in April it wasn't leaking gas. Regardless if it was serviced in April, May or June said slow season it would not have mattered. I have contacted Montigo Corporate and have taken to social media for a remedy in an acceptable amount of time. After years of using Alpine I do not recommend and will share often with the 1500 real estate agents I work with.
