  I am VERY, VERY PLEASED with my experience with Alpha Windows. They arrived on time. They worked very professionally and did a BEAUTIFUL job! They even answered all of my questions. They left my house cleaner than it was before. They completed 26 windows in my house and 3 in my garage in ONE DAY, and still the quality of their work was EXCELLENT! I would recommend them highly.

  What a great experience with Alpha siding.
  A family business where everyone was extremely professional, under standing, reliable as well as source-able. we received several estimates to get our siding done on our house. One of those companies even trick us in to signing a contract that we ended up cancelling,they sold us a dream that if we did not wake up we would have been in deep debt.
  alpha personnel was the best, they guided us through the process explain the job in detail, never rushed us and event made arrangements to open their office on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday. they make sure the job got done correctly, their staff was always on time courteous and professional took their time, did not make any short cuts
  Thank you Peter and Chris for you excellent customer service and support as well as your staff Carlos, and Fredy.
  If any one is looking to get their siding done don't think twice choose (Alpha) the family reliable company that respect you and respect the value of a hard working family.

  Alpha did my roof, replaced my patio door and the bay window in my kitchen. Everything was as described, very high quality, and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend them!

  I had Alpha replace my windows 1 year ago & was very pleased with the final product. I decided to use Alpha recently for new siding, gutters, leaders, stone panels, & shutters. The team is always friendly & efficient and were always on time. Any minor concerns were addressed immediately & the owners are always in direct contact with the homeowner. I would highly recommend Alpha to future customers.

  UPDATE:
  Had my siding job INSPECTED for first time ( alpha has NO quality control team...if they do i never met them.....) The contractor found some very serious issues,including BUT not limited to THE USE OF INTERIOR DRYWALL NAILS/SCREWS hidden under the trim.The top floors were ALL poorly installed leaving gaping holes for animals, bugs and water to get in. BUYER BEWARE!
  Alpha has posted a reply to my review and they say The house came out beautiful, However that is their opinion ( you don't think they would admit to poor workmanship OR that a customer would hire another company to fix their poor workmanship if it wasn't necessary!) Also, they used 16' siding when they could and should have used 20' siding .
  Additionally, NO ONE EVER CAME HERE to supervise or inspect.....no matter what they say! I WAS THE JOB SUPERVISOR....they sent no one other than the sub contractor they hired to "do the job" and supervise themselves!
  i NEVER met or spoke to the" Quality Control team." I called daily begging someone to come and supervise the workers and "tell them how to deal with all the questions these guys were asking me ." I hired Alpha because they promised to make sure the job was done right....and No one from Alpha even came to inspect the work after they were done. I STUPIDLY made the final $12,000 payment because that was the workers' money and if i held it until all was fixed they wouldn't be paid for their two weeks of work. AND i had a 10 year warranty on labor.....i had Alpha's WORD they would fix any problems. So I paid in full. Then ALPHA DISAPPEARED! Then claim the house looks beautiful and i "should be satisfied!" It seems my warranty is worthless.
  Please do not believe their sales pitch about customer satisfaction.
  REVIEW:
  My experience with Alpha siding has left me in tears. I paid them $37000 and i am extremely dissatisfied with the results. When i complained and asked for them to honor their warranty i was told " these problems will fix themselves when the weather gets warm again." After i gave a check and signed the contract i never saw Alpha again ( except to pick up money.) They sent a sub contractor to do the work but NEVER discussed, planned, supervised or inspected their work. When i complained about the many glaring seams on the front wall of my home the owner told me " there is nothing i can do siding ONLY comes in 12' panels....you have to live with it." That is absolutely not true. Siding is available in 16' ( which they used ) AND 18' or 20' lengths. Either the owner of Alpha did not know this OR he LIED ..either way its very disturbing The 10year warranty they gave me is worthless since they will not honor it. I have to hire another company to buy the proper materials and redo this job. Then i have to sue Alpha Siding. Buyer Beware
  When you pay good money for a job you have the right to expect it to be done properly and look good.

  We were extremely satisfied with the level of responsiveness from everyone at Alpha. After contemplating new windows for a couple of years, my husband and I finally went ahead with half of the windows to see the before and after difference since they were well overdue. I say Alpha was responsive because the installers spent the whole day at our home to complete the installation, and I pointed out something I wanted adjusted, which they acknowledged and fixed. Besides the functional quality of our casement windows, there is a noticeable difference in noise reduction. One of the screens needed to be re-screened from the manufacturer as well, and Alpha returned to replace it within two weeks. It wasn't a big deal, but we were happy that they came right back out and changed it when it was ready. We appreciated the courtesy and are very happy with our new windows.

  Alpha came highly recommended to us by one of our neighbors who had done their windows with them a few years back. We contracted Alpha also to replace the windows and siding on the front of our home. We had a bay window and three double-hungs installed first and then the siding was replaced. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly from the people we saw in the showroom to the people who came over to look at the house and measure it, and to the crews that installed the windows and siding. They were very accommodating and made sure everything was done beautifully before cleaning up and leaving. Hopefully we will be able to do the rest of the house next year.
