The whole day was shot trying to deal with an incomplete safety check. The online chat "help' desk is of no use whatsoever. The person refused to look at my records and give me even basic information. What could have been handled very easily turned into a huge negative with an angry, inconvenienced customer. It only went downhill from there the rest of the day with the Waipahu 'service' department. If you care to, check the online chat transcripts on the day I last brought my car in. That person who openly displays an "it's not my job' attitude needs customer service training or a job she actually WANTS to do. The 'face' of your company has caused me to be so sour on the Kia dealership that I will never buy another car or recommend anybody else does.

Was sad that they recommended a new car battery cars not that old.
Wanted to charge $130 for a new battery with on your 2 year warranty.
Going somewhere else to get a battery cheaper than that with 3-year service warranty.

Great experience - everyone friendly, helpful, professional. Especially want to thank Rose, who offered to check my phone for me and turned my Bluetooth back on, when I had disconnected it accidentally. She could have just said we tried out phones and they working, so don't know why yours doesn't - but she took the extra step to look into it - and fix it! Outstanding!
