We rented unit55 after searching air bnb and vrbo. This rental was straight forward with the pricing and was the best deal I could find on the beach by far. We're extremely happy. We walk out our Lanai and walk straight on the beach within minutes without leaving our resort. Most units are one story. Also, the beach is private. We're the only ones. If you look about a mile down u see the public beach littered with people. Our toddlers are able to play safely and wander a decent distance without having to worry. Very pleased.

Great experience. A little gem on Siesta Key. Great for families that want a little privacy but still on the beach and extremely close to all the local shops and restaurants.

Unit 35 had everything we needed. Beach access was very close. Beautiful white sand. Beautiful sunsets.

I have stayed there for years. The condos are clean, the pool is well maintained, and the staff is helpful. The beach is well-kept and beautiful. Landscaping is also nice. Never fails to please.

This is an absolute perfect spot to vacation. Crazy white powder like sand beach and it also has the largest fresh water swimming pool as well. We rented # 42 (nice unit), it was well kept and a super short walk to the water. We are already trying to figure out when to go back next.

I had stayed at Aloha Kai cottages for 10 years. I used to go in Spring but switched to the Fall. There are many open cottages at that time of year. The management changed 2014. The new management was extremely rude. Had messed up my dates and would not work anything out with me over their mistake. My mistake was not looking closer at the dates, although I had stayed there for years with no problems. So 2015 Fall, I stayed at another resort on Siesta Key and was very satisfied. They lost a reliable customer!!! the last one I stayed at definitely needed updates for the price and was not cleaned very well. I have had others that I was very pleased with. You would think they would want to keep their loyal customers but evidently not!!!! Up until then I would rate them higher.
