We are accident free (knock on wood) but we've always had outstanding customer service!

Countless issues regarding a recent claim and vehicle add on. Then when we went to insure our car they would not answer the phone the entire day. Preventing us from insuring our new vehicle. Employees follow up but NO response or follow up from management (Wayne LeVan) concerning issues.

Wayne LeVan is an excellent insurance agent. He is always there to answer your questions and concerns. Gives excellent insurance advice.

Totally frustrated with this agency. They are totally unresponsive and seem to be incompetent. We pay our homeowners insurance on time but they continually do not send the rider to the bank. We have spoken with the Allstate home office by phone and email. They contacted our agency and said this would be taken care of. However, it has not. Have contacted the bank and explained our situation. They said they would try to get them to send the information. This should not have to be the banks responsibility. This agency does not even rate 1 star.

The LeVan team is excellent. They processed my claim quickly and with care and respect. I had many questions, all of which were answered quickly and accurately. They are very responsive to any needs you have and truly care about your situation. I would recommend them to anyone.
