Vickie is Great,
I am extremely pleased with the service from Vickie and staff of the AllState office in Scottsboro. Several years ago we experienced a direct hit from lighten to our home. We lost everything that was connected to a power supply or phone line. It also caused considerable damage to out home, workshop and driveway. Vickie was great. She called to check on us almost everyday, gave us support in completion of the list of things damaged or destroyed. Helped us work with the three AllState adjusters. (they were also great, supportive and easy to work with). I have been told stories from others who have had like incidents and had to fight with their indurance company. I have told them that they had not only the wrong insurance company BUT the wrong agent. Keep up the great work.

I've been a satisfied customer of this agency for 23+ years and don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Vickie and her entire staff are friendly, professional, and really care about their clients. I recently moved about 40 miles away from Scottsboro and they handled everything perfectly for me. There's no way I'd even consider changing insurance agents

Vickie's agency in Scottsboro was recently awarded by Allstate as the "Top Agency in the State of Alabama" and "Top Agency in the Southeast Region," I have experienced services at many other agencies and insurance companies but Vickie's team just cares more about their customers and their well-being. Good people.
