    Leasing the soul EV was fairly easy and pain free. The employees were very nice and helpful. It's not a Bentley dealer just a small Kia store in Pomona.

    After months of going to several dealerships trying to trade in my 2016 Kia Optima and being shut down or given the option to pay hundreds more than I was paying already, I gave up. One day my husband says lets just go to this Kia dealer and see what they say. I immediately was against it. Lets just say at the end of my visit I drove off with a 2018 Sorento and a huge smile on my face. Thank you All Star Kia you are truly the best!

    Well it started off on the rough end , but FRANK P. saved the day. He was so honest and willing to help find the perfect car that would fit me and my financial needs. Frank went above and beyond to ensure that i was being taken care of. I highly recommend Allstar Kia in Pomona.

    Frank Peralez, a car salesman has great customer service along with his funny sense of humor. Frank makes you feel at ease while buying /shopping for a car and you as the customer don't feel rushed. He makes you feel special the moment you walk through the door

    Moe and Willie are so good. I typically dread going to a car dealership, but these two made the experience so much better. Very customer focused and caring, honest approach. If you are shopping for a Kia you can't go wrong with these two professionals.

    Memorial Day weekend, I spent several days sorting through the True Car app new car offers and the most affordable car for our families needs, was a standard 2017 KIA Forte 5. We received a True Car guaranteed price of $13,200 from a Kia Dealership in Cerritos. I called other KIA Dealerships and checked if they would match the offer.

    Joelene Bradley, in charge of internet sales at KIA of Orange told me she talked to her boss and they were going to match the offer for the exact standard 2017 KIA Forte 5, no extras, no gimmicks and she said the car was there waiting for us. I made three phone calls confirming this was the truth. We drove a long way to sit for 5 hours as they tried to sell me a car with $3900 of added optional features that I did not need nor did we agree to on the True Car app, as the selling price.

    After moving up the smoke and mirrors sales chain, I spoke with the general manager who told me that "Joelene" made a mistake and she is getting fired. (Guess who's still working there?) He bragged about personally making $10,000 that weekend off of people who were clueless!

    We left there and went to KIA of Pomona and what a difference! We were met by sales staff who stood by their True Car price because they are true business professionals. Daniel Ponce at internet sells was very pleasant and honest! Thanks again KIA of Pomona for standing for integrity when you sell your name brand. Sadly, not all dealerships do!

    We leased a car last week on the 20th of May 2017. The experience we had working with Frank Perales was the best experience with getting a new car that I have ever had. We were in and out within an hour and a half. We we just looking around and he came up to help us. We explained what we were looking for and that we wanted to save money in fuel costs. He showed us the New 2017 Kia Niro, took us on a test drive and showed us the numbers. They were a bit high for us, but he turned around, worked some magic and got us numbers that worked. They took our old car in without even looking at it and gave us a good trade-in price. He even followed up with us a few days later to see how the car was and if we were enjoying it. I told him we couldn't be happier. If you need a good fuel efficient car and want a great experience here, go see Frank, he will take care of you and get you into that car that you want.

    Very frustrated, I bought a Kia sportage 2017 which the a/c dont work i took to the dealer shop one time and they "FIX IT" but not and i take 2nd time, they keep my car for a week and they didn't fix it they told me they order a machine to fix the a/c but it pass 3 weeks and no body give me a solution to get fix my car. And the genera sales manager Cesar Rueda, didn't give me an answer . VERY FRUSTRATED😠
