My 2014 Ford Escape was having problems since Spring. Problems with the heater. Problems with misfirings. I was told there was water in the gasoline. A part was replaced that was causing a leak of coolant. In all cases engine light kept coming on. After many trips to the dealer, I finally went for another opinion and was told that I had a cracked head all the time causing my problem. So now I have to have my engine replaced. Thank God it is still under the Power Train warranty.

Spoke to the owner, Matt, today regarding my issues with my 2014 Ford Escape service experience. He expressed surprise and expressed that perhaps I should have brought recurring problems to his attention. He did have a point. Nevertheless he did tell me that as a result of my experience, he making changes to the process. He will issue changes that will escalate a service issue to senior techs when the same problem comes up for a third time. He felt that would prevent problems as I experienced from happening to others.

I did purchase several vehicles from Allietta Ford over the years and was happy with that experience and will most likely give him another shot when I look for a new vehicle.

Extremely irritated and unhappy. Had an appointment at 9 to get my car looked at, showed up at 10 till. Was told at 930 the guy who had my car was late to work and would get to it when he got here its now 10 till 11 and i haven't heard one word on the progress of my vehicle. Went up and asked what was going on and was told "hes driving it as we speak he has to do all kinds of stuff to it. It will be at least another hour until they know". Are you absolutely serious?! I could scream right now. So what happens if there is something that needs fixed do they expect me to sit here until 9 tonight?! This is so unprofessional.

I drove a very long way to get here, cranberry township PA to be exact. To see a specific car a ford focus st I was told would be here. Low and behold when I got to the dealership the car was not there. The owners son, never brought it to the store instead he was using it as his personal care. The car salesman stated earlier in the week he'd call me if they had any trouble getting the car to the dealership. He never called me. The owners son spoke to me.on the phone at the dealership and never attempted to make this right. Not one SINGLE person at the dealership seemed to care that I drove over an hour to see 1 single car and that car wasn't there. This dealership, customer service, and everything else is laughable. I do not recommend this dealership at all. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any car dralership.
