The front office is abysmal listen to the other reviews and find a better place. Booked an appointment a month in advance to show up and tell me they cancelled:
Friendly doctors, rude front desk. I didn’t have a good impression of the front desk today when I called to reschedule my daughter’s appointment. When the conversation finished, instead of the person saying something like, “OK, thanks. Take care. Bye,” the person merely hung up and let me talking. That’s a no no!
First Impressions are everything and this place is lacking on it. Super unprofessional receptionist. Rude and unpleasant to deal or work with. Do not listen and find excuse after excuse to not let you book and appointment when you have been refer there by your PCP. Honestly don’t know if it had to do with my race or insurance, but it was looking a little obvious that the may had been a factor. Blessings
The doctors at this facility are wonderful and extremely thorough, and most of the nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. However after several years of treatment here the staff seems to have become increasingly rude, condescending and lacking in empathy. Perhaps this is due to pandemic fatigue, but it has become a less friendly environment overtime and made me seriously consider taking my services elsewhere.
The providers are excellent. The nurses are phenomenal. The office is extremely clean and a very professional environment.
One thing I do wish would change is that 2 of the receptionists can be rude on the phone. I always feel like I am annoying them. I know they are not actually unfriendly as I have been going here a long time but I do not like feeling like I am a nuisance every time I call.
They are always kind in person, phone manner could just be improved.
