This is the second house that was either bought or sold by Allen Phillups! Me. Phillups is more than a real estate agent! He went far beyond the call of duty! When it came to home improvements, he suggested color, flooring,, bathroom, etc. I’ve known Allen for over 30yrs and when I was in the buyer’s market it was a no-brainer to call Allen! When I entered the seller’s market I called Allen and I’m grateful for all his help because I know I’m not always easy to work with! Having said that, thank you Allen and I look forward to doing business with you soon!

Allen is awesome. He helped us find the houses we are looking for, although we are so picky on what to purchase he is always there to anwser our questions without delays. I would definitely have him again on our next house hunting. Thanks allen

Allen Phillips is very professional. I witnessed him provide services to my boyfriend who wanted to move almost immediately. He was able to tackle the task of helping him find a house quickly, that he loved, and walked him through the process. I would highly recommend him as your realtor.

My husband and I searched for our family home for a couple of years, then we met Allen and he was able to help us with the process in a patient and smooth manner. He met us early mornings and late nights, he also made himself available when we called. We were very pleased and grateful with how well he communicated with us, he truly was reliable and experienced. We love creating new memories and traditions in our new home!

Allen Phillips is a great realtor that made sure he got me the house that I wanted. He was very patient with me the whole time. When I felt discouraged, he kept motivating me and pushing me to stay positive. I am loving my home that I prayed about. Thanks for supporting me throughout this whole process.
