Wonderful campground. Every time we go there, they have added something new. We will continue using this campground. The Wises are wonderful owners.

Just a one night stay as we were traveling home and it was very nice. Clean bathrooms, nice site along the water, friendly host and we would stay there again if we're in that area!

Very"KID FRIENDLY". We took our five youngest grandchildren and none of them was ready to go home! Beautiful new playground, handy new restroom/shower facilities, basketball pad, as well as lots of "free field space" for playing ball. Swimming pool was SO nice they needed to be bribed with a promise to return later to get them back to our campsite. We all enjoyed our walks about the grounds and especially our campfires

If I could give zero stars I would! My sister and cousin had reservations that they had to cancel because my sister was in the hospital. After sending documentation of the hospital stay, this place sent a rude email back stating they could not offer a refund. I understand places have certain policies, but medical emergencies should warrant refunds! They are more concerned with taking your money than anything else!

Picturesque, clean, friendly for the family, quiet if you want to relax, cute play area for the dog. Bring a kayak, start upstream and get out right at your campsite. Level sites, easy to back in, two dump stations. Many unique touches, they thought of everything!

This is a nice, woodsy campground next to a small river. The owners and other campers are very friendly. There is a pool, clean restrooms, pay laundry, dog park, volleyball and mini golf and a small frisbee golf course. The store is meager for food but has many fun souvenirs.
Site tip: watch out for poison ivy next to the river.response / report this review -

Very nice campground along the Allegheny River. Pool, dog walk, cabins, vintage campers, weekend activities for the whole family. Nice campsites along the river.

I used to go to potter county family campground for the ETAR event until they quit answering their phone. I switched to the place and have been coming here for the last 5 years and hope I'll be coming here for the next 50 years. Nothing fancy, but clean, friendly, and reliable.
