  PETER MORGAN IS NOT ONLY A HORRIBLE FUNERAL DIRECTOR BUT A HORRIBLE PERSON AS WELL. RUDE, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF, FORGETFUL, COMPLETELY UNPROFESIONAL. HE MADE THE PASSING OF MY MOTHER IN LAW 10 TIMES WORSE THEN IT HAD TO BE. WE HAD TO SWITCH TO A NEW FUNERAL HOME BECAUSE HE HADN'T ACCOMPLISHED ANYTHING IN 5 DAYS WHILE NOT UPDATING US ON ANYTHING. THE NEW FUNERAL HOME DID MORE IN 1 DAY THEN HE DID IN 5. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, HE WOULD HANG UP ON US EVERYTIME WE GOT SERIOUS WITH HIM AND WOULDN'T ANSWER OUR CALLS. NOW HE'S BEING DIFFICULT ABOUT RETURNING OUR DEPOSIT. PETER MORGAN IS A HORRIBLE PERSON WHO OBVIOUSLY SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS INDUSTRY. YOU'RE BETTER OFF WITH ANY ONE ELSE. THIS IS LITERALLY MY FIRST EVER GOOGLE REVEIW IF THAT SAYS ANYTHING.
  Update: We received our refund, but we are assuming Peter Morgan paid himself fully for a shoddy job in which he only completed 1/4 of the arrangement. There is no break down of how much of the money he paid himself... just says broker fees. Based off of how much of a return we received and what was completed by them that's where the assumption comes from. No break down for anyone of the expenses. They cant even give us a proper invoice with expese break downs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE A JOOOOOKE!!!!!

  Peter Morgan. Peter, Peter, Peter. Peter Peter pumpkin eater. Well if my a$$ were a pumpkin, then maybe I’d give him a decent review, because that’s the only thing he did right. As far as getting rid of the body, very unprofessional. It’s still there????

  My family had a terrible experience with this funeral home. After our mom's passing we engaged Peter Morgan to repatriate her body back to Ethiopia. But we found them to be very slow, unbelievably impolite, and so reluctant to give any information after keeping the body for almost five days making the time even harder on the whole family in the USA and back home in Ethiopia. We finally had to change to a new agent who was super efficient and did the whole process in a matter of few days. I do not recommend Peter Morgan.
