I had a good experience with customer service being just fine yes the shoes are a little pricy but they are nice and I only wear them on date nights or other special occasions. But they are beautiful none the less.

I was there yesterday for second time to get some women bags, which i already looked online.when i get there i came to knew that they dont have that bag in store but we can still order.my friend was ordering some bags in the mean time the guy helping us, asked me if i want the bag or no i was not sure if i order it right there or go to home and do it later. As soon as he is done with my friends order.I told him i would also like to place an order instore but he gave me nasty look and urge me to go back to line (there were around 10/12 people )and i was already in line. I get so mad and remind him that i was already in line so there is no meaning to go back to the line again. He being so rude to us from the begining i was tolerating that but at last he did too much. This is not tolarable in this GREAT COUNTRY.i have never experienced such bad experience in my entire life. He runied my shoping mood yesterday i feed SO BAD.i love aldo but I AM NEVER GOING BACK on this location. He is not even sorry at last and did not take my order.omg his ATTITUDE.Nobody can stand feeling rejected or unimportant .

I went to just about every store that sells men's shoes and none were as friendly or helpful as the guys at Aldo's. Go talk to Bobby, he was friendly, professional, gave recommendations on the best shoes in the store, told me about pros and cons of different styles and how to care for my shoes. The guy knew his stuff. Aldo's has better shoes than any other store at the mall IMO. Better customer service and better selection, check em out.

3 month edit: My shoes have held up fairly well, however I found out they were very overpriced for what they are. I paid $200 for a pair of shoes, insoles, and shoe care supplies. I'd recommend waiting for sales at any Aldo location, they're pricey for the quality of the shoe. I stand by this store and the experience I had there, they were great but the prices that Aldo charges are a bit high.

I have shopped at this particular ALDO store several times in the past and have never had such poor customer service from any employee, especially the store manager. A few weeks ago I had shoes shipped to my house because they didn't have my size. When I received the shoes there was a little bit of wear on the soles of the shoe but the rest of the shoe was in great condition. The heel of the shoe looked like it had never been worn and the tag was in perfectly good condition and still intact on the bottom of the shoe. I tried the shoes on with several outfits and nothing looked good so I decided to return them. I was told by the store manager that they were "worn" and that it was final sale and I could only exchange them. I told her I have never worn the shoes and that they were sent to me like that. She proceeded to say "you should have said something about it" and that there was nothing she could do but exchange. As I told her again that I had never worn the shoes, she wrote on the receipt "worn-exchange only." I asked her to mark that out because that is not true and she refused. I told her I'd like to speak to her manager and she said he was on vacation. I asked for her name and employee number and she said that I needed a lawyer in order to have it. She then said that she felt uncomfortable with me in the store and told the only other person in the store, a male who was her friend, "You can stay and watch if you want, I'm gonna call security." I have never been so disrespected before and from a manager? That is a shame. VERY poor customer service. VERY upsetting experience. I still like ALDO's shoes but I would suggest to go to a different location so that you don't have to deal with such poor customer service.
