My experience with Albright Properties has been disappointing. The apartment I leased had issues with heating that weren’t fixed for weeks. Customer service takes a long time to respond and doesn’t always follow up properly. The complex can get pretty noisy on weekends which makes it hard to relax. Also

Living at Albright Properties has been a mostly positive experience. I really like the green spaces and the fact that it’s pet-friendly. The community events they hold are nice and help bring neighbors together. The complex is secure and I feel safe living here. Sometimes I wish there were more storage options inside the apartment. Repairs are handled efficiently

Albright Properties has been a pretty good choice for me. The location in Charlotte is convenient for my daily commute and there are shops nearby. My apartment was clean and move-in ready when I arrived. The front office staff is friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes I wish the rent was a little lower but the value for what I pay is decent. Maintenance requests are handled quickly
