Albermarle installed a complete replacement of the heat pump and air handler in one day. They took into consideration and made several modifications to address our concerns with the equipment location and noise. The work was done quickly and neatly. Professional in both manner and quality. We would not hesitate to contract with them again in the future or recommend them to our neighbors.

I am very pleased with Albemarle Heating & Air's service and responsiveness. Whenever I call them they are courteous and efficient. The two maintenance visits to my house were both handled by Maurice Banks who is a thorough and capable service technician. He takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I have, as well as giving me possible options. I feel that this is a trustworthy, solid company.

Our experience has been a wonderful one. He is so professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He has a warm personality and I have learned a lot about my system and the monthly and yearly care that is needed for it to work properly. Josh did a great job like he always has. We always request him. It is amazing what a nice young man like Josh can do with four young kids and going to school and still do a great job for you. He was training Justin this week and did a good job with him too. Justin is also a very nice young man, and I am sure he will do a good job with you as well.

The original appointment for moving my thermostat was with a technician who became ill. I was called at 8:00 am, the time he was supposed to arrive and was offered a later time during the day which I could work with. Andy arrived a bit before the appointed time and immediately went to work to begin the process required. He was very careful and cleaned up as he worked. Shortly after he arrived, Steve arrived and proceeded to assist Andy, sharing the work to make it go faster. The work was accomplished in a very reasonable time and a reasonable cost. It was obvious both men were experienced and accomplished technicians as well as being delightful friendly people as well. My heat pump system was installed by Albemarle and their service service since has been most responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Maurice called the morning of the scheduled appointment to verify his arrival time and he was there as promised. His inspection was thorough and he reviewed all the potential additional costs. I was very pleased with his explanations and his professionalism, and would highly recommend Albemarle Heating and Air.

Josh T. was thorough and took the time to answer my questions after the routine servicing was completed. This was much appreciated and I learned a lot about my HVAC system. Due to this I will be better informed to make future servicing or replacement decisions in the future. Thanks Josh!

Tim Perkins was prompt, courteous, and professional for the tune up appointment. He took time to explain the overall condition of my heating/air conditioning unit, detailed the maintenance actions he completed, and gave recommendations for filter care. This was my second tune-up with Albemarle Heating and I am very satisfied with the service received thus far

Josh was extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable when performing a scheduled maintenance visit to our home this morning. I called Albemarle Heating & Air because of all their positive reviews and was not disappointed. They sent a technician, Scott, with 20 years of experience who was able to take care of our issue that afternoon. Scott was as professional and courteous as he was knowledgeable, which was very. I will be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Truly outstanding performance by Bill as well as his associate Ray from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Ray had to leave a bit earlier), thoroughly explaining the details of their program and addressing our request for Bill and Ray to pay special attention to a certain area to improve the heating capacity of one area of the house, while maintaining its effectiveness for the other areas of its service.
Needless to say, we were thrilled with their expertise and dedication to their program. We hope that this review will be reflected in their performance evaluations.
