  The folks at Alaskan AC & Heating are amazing. Our unit was out service early this morning. By 8 am we had a same day appointment and by 10:30 the unit was repaired and back in service. Alex & Arturo were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service they provided today was outstanding!

  My AC went out Sunday night. I was able to go online and schedule service for the next morning. Ziggy, my technician, was professional, knowledgeable and Friendly and had my AC operational with the replacement part that he had in his truck. I can highly recommend this company and Ziggy.

  Alaskan Air charged us more than 800 dollars to replace a capacitor! Beware they do not call it a capacitor they call it a "voltage enhancement system" which is just a made up term to make it seem more expensive than it really is. The part costs less than 30 bucks. When I asked again what the issue was, the tech said "voltage enhancement device", not capacitor.
  
  I feel stupid for being scammed into paying nearly a thousand dollars for a 30 dollar part and 30 minutes of work. Unfortunately I had no other options as the tech showed up after 8 pm (which was past the scheduled time) and we had been without ac the entire day. It was either pay the price or deal with another sweltering night. I couldn't let my pregnant wife or my toddler go through that again.
  
  Even worse I paid them 129 dollars 3 months ago to have my system inspected. That supposedly came with a one year no break down guarantee. Well it broke down and they took another 800 dollars from us.
  
  Do your research and find a more trustworthy company. This one will literally steal your money.

  This was our first experience with Alaskan Air today 04/27/23. It was a very pleasant one, scheduling was fast and easy. We even had to re-schedule, and they were very understanding and flexible. The specialist, Jason Martin, was knowledgeable, resourceful, and patient. He answered all our questions, and was clear on the services provided and what was needed. We will continue requesting services from this company.

  Great experience with our AC technician Hector today. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and clean.
  He was respectful of our home and he did a thorough job. Our air conditioner looked and ran like new when he finished his work. Hector really takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail and is a very nice guy as well. Thank you Hector!
