I got through the TSA so quickly that I stopped, and thought "I should go smoke." and turned around and did just that. I thought my flight was a half an hour later than it actually was, and they let me board 20 minutes til take off no questions asked.and I even got my own row! Let's just hope this flight is as good as the rest of my experience has been 😁

On January 20th, 2023 5am. Got the best customer service with Alaska Airlines, PDX. Thank you so much for assisting my husband with his flight to Anchorage. He was able to arrive on time and that started our year off so great! Personal thank you to the female ticketing agent who went out of her way to do this, your kindness is appreciated!

They have no where near enough staff so if there's ever a problem with your flight you'll be on hold forever. Our flight was cancelled and it took 7+ hours to get thru to them to understand our (extremely limited) options. We will never fly Alaska again if we can avoid it.

Never got the chance to thank the employees of Alaska airlines (PDX) who assisted my elderly aunt on her first solo trip overseas. Not only did they accommodate her needs they also passed word along to their colleagues at the gate which made my day because it saved me the hassle of having to repeat everything.
Never had problems with Alaska airlines and have and will continue to utilize their services in the future.

Was my long-time favorite airline, flew them 6-12x/mo for business for years, and booked all my leisure trips through them just because the airport service was so quick and easy. But then: pandemic.

They cancelled my flight (obviously), but refused to refund me. Gave me a credit, which had a 2yr expiration date. I had no where to go and needed no flights. My other travel partners for the same trip from other airlines were fully refunded. No credits. But not Alaska.

Three years later I’m still fighting with them and they make me book “fake” flights I’ll never take, solely so I don’t lose the credit. But I can’t do any of this on my own in my Alaska account, I have to call in. Each call is 45mins+ and the reservationist are rude and unhelpful.

How the mighty have fallen.

I no longer default to Alaska, and after I finally *hopefully* use the credit, of which I’ve already lost $60 of, I will never fly this airline again.
