  Rehab Success Stories:

  Mr. P at Alaris Health at Hamilton Park made a successful recovery after being admitted with Acute Renal Failure and Congestive Heart Failure. He came into the facility weak and requiring assistance with daily activities. With the help of Mr. P's therapists, Lawrence and Hanna, he was able to reach his goal of going home to his family both strong and independent for self-tasks after his successful rehab!

  Rehab Success Stories:

  Ms. A-M was successfully discharged from Alaris Health at Hamilton Park in Jersey City. She came into the facility with arthritis that was affecting and causing pain to many of the joints in her body. This caused her to become immobile and develop wounds before her admission to the center. She expressed a desire to go home safely with the family she loves. With hard work and a positive attitude along with the help of Hamilton Park's rehab team, CNA’s and nurses, Ms. A-M was able to do just that!

  Congratulations to Terri Robbins, who recently received her Masters of Science in Nursing (Executive Nursing) from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Terri has been with Alaris Health for two months and currently holds the position of Director of Nursing (DON) at Alaris Health at Hamilton Park. She is also licensed as a CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner). We are incredibly thankful to have Terri as part of our team!
