  Delicious pizza!!! The sauce was great and the cheese was perfect service and friendly and prompt. It's like a cross of bills pub pizza taste and little ceasers price. Nice combo

  We have frequented ALS for years because we really like their pizza. However, we had a few issues with rudeness and have decided to take our business elsewhere. If a certain woman answers the phone, she is rude. On one occasion, we ordered a couple of pizzas, they added an ingredient to one of the pizzas that we didn't want. When we called, they said they would a credit our account. When I picked up the pizzas, they had only given me a credit for a small, I told the woman the credit should've been for an xlarge. She had a really bad attitude and said there was nothing in the system. I had kids waiting to be fed so I paid for my pizzas. When I looked at the receipt, there was a note on the receipt saying they owed us a credit for an x large. I showed this to the woman and she said there was nothing she could do about it. If she had been nice, I would've understood but she was very mean and rude. I said I don't understand the attitude and she very rudely said if you decide to ever come back I'll add a ten dollar credit to your account. I am disappointed because this was our go to place for pizza. You should never treat your patrons like you are doing them a favor and you should never yell at them, especially when it's not warranted. This was an error on their part but I was treated like garbage.

  Pretty good pizza, deep dish is awesome just takes some time to make so call ahead if you want deep dish.

  I live in Texas; when I am in Vernon Hills visiting family I make sure to get some dinner from Al's - very tasty pizzas.

  Delicious pizza- perfect crust and sauce with a good amount of toppings. Al is so friendly and nice! Stop in to grab the perfect pizza!

  Food is fantastic that's why I gave it three stars. The problem is that they close down from like noon to 3 or 4 o'clock some days. I've honestly tried to go there 3 times in a row at different times and the door was locked. If you're lucky enough to catch them when they're open try the Italian sausage and fries...amazing.
