Double charged. Tried to work with this business. They are either too stupid or just do not care to help. The manager even hung up on me. Do not ever use your credit card here. They have not helped so now my bank is handling it. I will never order from Als again.

We often visit Al's. The atmosphere and food are the best around. The cheeseburger pizza is amazing, the breadsticks too. Always served fresh and hot.

A Sidney Ohio hometown favorite with pizza inventions I have never seen in another establishment. My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger pizza! Try it and I guarantee that you won't be let down.

Great pizza, great service! Buffet always has a great selection, chicken bacon ranch, cheeseburger pizza, garlic, meat, deluxealways fresh! Good salad bar, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks w/icing! Great valuebuffet includes drink!

Al's has really went downhill over the last several years. Every single time we order pizza, they put next to no cheese and very few toppings, even when you order extra and pay for extra they don't give it to you. Whenever we order cheesesticks, it's like they put a few shreds of cheese on the entire order, it's awful, we now have to order extra cheese and only get it less than half the time, so they end up having to remake it. Ordered a pizza that they severely over cooked and they tried to tell us that was normal and it was only ran through once, which is a JOKE! It was almost burnt. A little odd when we have ordered 3 pizzas over the last few months and they were all cooked differently, yet they want to tell you it's normal and ran through once. We used to love Al's, but we've had enough at this point, we will spend our money elsewhere.

Love Al's Pizza. Great place to enjoy pizza and salad. We highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

The pizza always comes out chewy and is never fully cut. Grabbing a slice is like tearing a loaf of bread.

The food was good as usual. The buffet ran out of pizza completely, but it was refilled within several minutes. The waitress was completely inattentive. Good luck trying to get a refill. She walked to the table next to mine with a drink refill, and ignored my empty glass. She never once asked if everything was ok with the buffet. After I asked for a refill, another waitress brought me one, but again, nothing else the entire rest of the time. She didn't even bring my table our bill. After sitting there for 15 minutes, with empty cups, we just got up and attempted to pay. The place wasn't so busy that anyone could justify the poor service. If it wasn't for the good food, this place would a total no-go!
