Got here on time for my load the same day i received the assignment, was told I was a day late and would have to be worked in. Found out it was supposed to be pre-loaded for a drop and hook but was stuck in a door for a live load. Still sitting here 5 hrs later. Not getting home today 😡

Don’t even think to come get load from this place it will take you more than 5 hours and you will wait another 20 minuets to give you the paperwork

I was two hours early for appointment. Immediately given a door upon arrival. Roughly an hour later I was back on the highway headed to destination. I can't vouch for their drop and hook loads for I have never had one but I will definitely take another live load from them when the opportunity arises. If you go in with a smile and are polite you will receive the same. Exceptional shipping facility in my experience.

Took 5 hours to load, then another 20 minutes of waiting at the receiving desk for someone to show up, finally 15 minutes more to get my paperwork. This place is a joke. They can make all the excuses they want but no other shipper operates at badly as they do here.

Being a driver this place is horrible had a 3 p.m. appt. Didnt get loaded until 11:02 p.m. that night the workers are not friendly and they move at their own pace literally.

Don't be in a hurry to get anywhere for loading better have food and drinks and a book to read.

We had NO problems here. People were super nice. We got here 5 hrs early, didn't know if our load was ready or not. Put us up to a door and loaded us. In and out in 45 minutes.

If you come here to pick up a shipment expect to be here a long long time, I got here at 1:30pm hoping to get a head start they let me register and was told my appointment time wasn't until 6pm. Which I totally understand but I been on their loading dock since 6:30 pm now and I'm still waiting it is already 11pm this is ridiculous. This place will mess with your hours. Good luck
