Afon-Gwreiddiau / River-Roots is a new group that has beenset up specifically to focus on environmental projects withinthe community. By utilising the extensive skills of the ILYsteering group members who volunteered to develop thispriority; along with specialist community member's skills andexpertise our aim is to champion the people and initiateprojects that meet the environmental priorities outlined bythe invest local Ynysowen Action Planning workshops.As a community group we have designed inter-relatedprojects that meet the priorities identified under theenvironmental heading. Interestingly the majority of ourproject activities cross multiple priorities.
