  Very prompt and correct repair of our 17 yr old oven. Courteous and knowledgeable service personnel. Would call again when any of our appliances fail.

  Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out to fix our Frigidaire refrigerator. We will definitely call again if we have any appliance issues in the future.

  Roger ordered the new part for our dishwasher and was installed 2 days later by Josh. Fantastic people to work with. Will recommend!!

  Josh was professional. However he should have given me an estimate, or at least come to me and said he had x $ already in the job, did i want him to continue. $285.50 later he can't fix my refrigerator. I gave one star because he show up on time and put effort in to the repair. totally feel scammed by owner who i complained to with no resolution. offered to give me a whole $50 off a refurbished refrigerator. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

  Strongly recommend them. Great experience with Affordable Appliance Repair of West Michigan. The technician was on time and he was very patient at figuring out my washer issue. They are my new "go to" for any appliance repairs. Thanks!
