  I Walked into the store this afternoon and I was really upset at the lack of customer service at this store. Two girls at the counter just talking away to each other. Didn't bother to acknowledge me I was in the store abut 20 minutes and decided to take my buisness elsewhere.

  I can't stand going into a store that is based off direct customer relations and while shopping in the store my wife was not asked if she needed help once the two clerks were to busy talking to each other rather then helping the one customer in the store and when another customer walked in they asked if she needed assistance right away I could make a million claims to why we were not offered assistance but I would rather write a review to inform everyone that reads this to not take your business there and go to any other store.. there's a store right down the strip with great customer service I'm definitely going to make sure my family and friends do not go to this store.

  Prices were great. Store was neat and clean so it was easy to shop. Problem was the staff. Was in there on Saturday 10/7 and wasn't greeted at all when I walked in- even though there was at least 4 employess working this small store and there was a girl touching up a table in the front. I was in there for over an hour trying on and picking out stuff. Not once did I get asked if I was finding everything ok or a look my way. I kept an eye out for that since guess what-I work retail myself and know what should be expected of them. The only time they acknowledged me was when I myself went up to the register to ask for a fitting room seeing as they werent paying attention to it the 3 times I walked to see if there was an employee at the entrance of it-and its right next to the register as well! Sure they were nice at the register, but that's cause at that point I was contributing to them making their goal for the day. Had they been of more help I would've spent more than what I did. Hoping that when I go back in a month I have a better experience in terms of customer service. Also have them offer baskets to customers like me that are carrying around a bunch! There wasn't many customers in the store, but seeing all the girls either at the register or giving help to everyone else is a turnoff in terms of wanting to buy your stuff from a physical location.

  AERIE HAVE A GREAT STAFF .
  WE DROVE OUT FROM SAN ANTONIO . MY DAUGHTER IS A PLUS SIZE GIRL . SHE FOUND SOME UNDER CLOTHES THAT FIT . SO WE RETURNED WHEN WE DID WE WERE CODED WRONG , BUT THE MANGER CORRET THE PROBLEM . WHICH MADE MY DAUGHTER VERY HAPPY THANK YOU SO MUCH . WE WILL RETURN .
