One of their drivers pulled a gun on me after assaulting me. After filing a report, I called the company to speak to someone in charge, or the owner, and the person on the phone refused to help in any way, which surprised me given the severity of what just happened. She demanded the plate number and additional information to help identify the driver, which I told her I’d only share with management. I offered her my name and number so someone else could reach out to me. She said she can’t help me and hung up on me twice. The driver was identified and arrested later. I hope someone higher up sees this and reaches out. There needs to be some serious training done with this company. The only two employees I interacted with were extremely unprofessional.

I would like to thank Advantage Towing in Maple Hts Oh for making a stressful day a little easier when my car needed towing. I called AAA and told them there was alot of things wrong and they suggested to send me a truck for these specific needs. Let's say the 1st 2 trucks were not from this establishment and they came without what I needed. The 3rd time Advantage Towing came and took care of my needs with no problem. The guy Jon was friendly and respectful took care of my vehicle. And I was very pleased with his work. I would like to thank Stephanie the dispatcher along with Jon and Muji. You all are a great team. Totally Satisfied!!!

DO NOT USE! The worst customer service I have ever received. Driver seemed impaired or intoxicated. He smelled like alcohol and was belligerent when he arrived to tow my vehicle. They were dispatched through AAA.

I got a flat tire in route 51 on a Saturday night and Tyler V the tow truck driver was awesome and so very helpful. Got me and vehicle home safe. I cant thank him enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also makes me have more respect for all the drivers out there that go above and beyond to help people.

I had a great experience with Advantage towing. Tyler was very kind and professional. He was familiar with the area I was in and it made everything go so smoothly. He made me feel very comfortable. What a great guy! Thank you Tyler for everything!
