Original call to them said that they could work around trees that were on the property line. Was quoted a price, which I agreed to. Then a week before the install, someone came out and said that the trees on my side had to be removed or they wouldn't do the work. When I mentioned that I was told it wouldn't be an issue, I was basically called a liar. Additionally, the trees on my neighbor's side well, they would put the fence in but 1+' onto my side of the line. Fence was put in, looked great and was done well. Gate was crooked, called them back and they acted like I was bothering them. They did, however, come out and fix. I would hesitate before using again and would definitely take with a grain of salt anything told over the phone.

This was the ONLY place we could find QUALITY lattice for our project - not the flimsy stuff from the box stores. Communication with company was simple even though our project was not "run of the mill". Materials came nicely packaged and complete. The personnel were very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
