WORST BANK I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! I've dealt with this bank at least 3 different times and on every occasion, they either drop the ball or act like they don't know what they're doing, or come across like they just don't care. I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone who wants their life streamlined. It's like dealing with your grandma who is using new technology. Ugh

I've been baking with them for years, always a pleasure to deal with and it feels like the old show Cheers in there where everybody knows your name. Many of my friends use this bank as well and have had great experiences.

I went in there to see about setting up a checkings account , and I believe I was treated rudely by the older lady with short shoulder length hair because I wasn't dressed the best and because I am part African American. That is discrimination. I felt so crappy after I left, she was so rude and ignorant. Little does she know I was sent in there to report the behaviors of the staff. I was not impressed and no one, whether they are black, white, Hispanic etc. Should be treated like they are nothing !
