  I have been coming to AWH for 3 years now! the staff is super friendly, the nurses become more like family, and Dr. Sigman is the best OBGYN I have had. She is very thorough, and makes sure all of your questions are answered. I am so thankful I found AWH!

  I have been going to AWH for many years and am now pregnant with my first baby. Dr. Harms and her nurse Sydney have gone above and beyond for me throughout my pregnancy. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone that is look for an OBGYN.

  Figured it was time to write my review considering my appointment is in three weeks! Put it this way, there is a wait list to see Dr Heintges because she's THAT good. Lets just start with the obvious, OBGYN is no hair appointment, the anticipation of awkwardness always has us on the edge of our seats,literally, but the staff here is AHHHmazing, personable, friendly, clever, and more. Dr. Heintges literally makes it feel like a walk in the park (for what it is), she's comical, which lightens the setting, but also professional. I work in the dental field, and lets just say I'd chose to go to her before the dentist, any day! Keep up the great work, guys!

  Dr. Heintges has been my OBGYN for almost 10 years now...She is absolutely wonderful!!! She's outgoing and a little rowdy, but I love her for it. She is very honest. She has the BEST personality and bedside manner. Her medical assistant, Carolina, is also very helpful! Carolina is very friendly and always returns my calls as quickly as she can. I thoroughly enjoy being a patient of Advanced Women's Healthcare...so much so that I drive from Little Elm for all of my appointments.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Advanced Women's Healthcare and Dr. Heintges! She is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. I only wish I could see her for all healthcare, not just OB! Being an anxious person, especially about my health, she is quick is squash any unnecessary and unrealistic worries. She always makes me feel super comfortable at my appointments and her outgoing personality makes appointments fun! Her nurse, Carolina, is also fantastic. She is super nice and very prompt in responding. I highly recommend them!

  Leaving a doctor after 26 years is hard and researching for a new one can be frustrating. I am so happy to have found Dr. Heidi Harms. She made me feel so at ease and took immediate action towards my health. I am already feeling like myself again only after one week from her changing some things in my medications. The staff is also very welcoming. This is a great place! Yvette

  I love them! Everyone is so sweet. And I don't mind the wait whenever I have had one. I know that my doctor is being thorough with all of her patients. And who knows she's probably behind due to delivering someone's baby.
  I have 2 suggestions. To have the giant coffee table removed from the waiting room. It is hard to maneuver around in the waiting room. I've also had a blood glucose curve in the past while pregnant and have been tortured by the food network on in the waiting room. Maybe just have home improvement shows on.

  I definitely recommend Dr. Heintges! I've been going to her for almost four years now and has always remembered everything that we've talked about. Her nurse is amazing as well; always returns my phone calles that same day before end of business day. I could have not chosen a better doctor to deliver my baby.

  Dr. Michelle Heintges is a really talented and caring doctor. she is down to earth and she actually listens to her patients. The staff is great but even though I am always on time I never get to go In on my actual apt. time. They are always late 10-20 min.

  Everyone was super nice! Dr. Harms was super friendly and nice, and answered all of my questions. The area is beautiful. The office is extremely efficient and has you fill out new patient information beforehand so that you don't have to do it there. The online portal is great, and I even got a reminder text before my appointment as well as parking instructions. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to wait a little bit. My overall time there was about an hour, which isn't bad at all, but I felt like a lot of that was me waiting. Will definitely be coming back!

  Dr. Napier delivered my daughter, who just turned 3, and I have been going to her ever since. She was also my surgeon when I had some cysts removed. She has always been extremely calm and helpful! Her staff is great, and always returns my calls when I have a question, and I love the staff in the office! I would recommend her, and Advanced Woman's Healthcare to anyone!!
