  Wow that was bad. Felt brushed off from the very beginning to the point of where they were cussing at me and saying they don’t want my business (I would understand if I was aggressive or rude). All I did was walk in and ask if they can install a radio face unit. They did actually install that, but literally nothing else and were deceptive from the beginning. Simply put, avoid....

  Over the last several years, I've purchased a Kenwood shallow sub, a Kenwood amp, a Hertz sub, and a few other miscellaneous things from these guys. They have always treated me well and I've never had a problem with anything I bought. I don't know much about their install side since I usually install myself, but they did diagnose a wiring problem on my golf cart sound system pretty quickly once. The owner seems like a good guy when you chat with him.

  This guy is the rudes man I have never had the opportunity to purchase anything from! I advise anyone looking to have work done at Advance Audio try somewhere else! Where you will be treated with respect as any paying customer should!!!

  I’ve had to redo two different installs that the guys at advance audio performed. Both customers told me that the people at advance were rude when asked to fix the install and refused to accept responsibility. I would never recommend that anyone go here if you want it done right the first time.
