  Rarely is customer service excellent, but the employees immediately greeted me and helped me find what I needed, I was in and out in 3 minutes

  I shopped at Adaptive Medical Equipment for the second time today. Mr. Terry assisted me in finding the perfect fit, style, and color during my first visit. I received an alert recently for their Black Friday sale (which, by the way, they only notify you when it's important which I appreciate). Today, Alex found different brands and colors for me to try on to mix and match. He and Cheyenne were so pleasant, helpful, and professional with their service. Both times I have left satisfied with the quality of service, quality of my purchases, and price I paid.
