  This place is very average. They do an OK job for just keeping your car at the minimum cleanliness. However the people doing the cleaning definitely don’t pay attention to detail and they do the bare minimum. I would not recommend getting anything more than the full service wash (exterior wash w/ vacuum and wipe down). I’ve tried getting a higher package hoping for better cleaning and I was utterly disappointed. For the basic full service wash the price is fair.

  Customer service was A+. I purchased a bumper to bumper detail gift certificate for my mother. I chose this place because of the convient location for her. I live in NY so the transaction was done by phone. She was having problems getting her mail and had not received the gift cert. I called and the gentleman I spoke with offered to hand deliver the gift cert. That is beyond excellent customer service! She had her car detailed today. She called me and was ecstatic on the excellent job that was done. I highly recommend this place!!

  I have been coming here for 10 years and for some reason today they decided to start using a new product on my tires. Horrible does not describe the results!!!! Ever since this company was sold slowly things have been switched. The only thing similar is the management and with the antics of the ownership I am sure they will chase them away. Anyone can see very little is being put back into the business, so you would think the last thing to disturb would be the products people like myself like and purchase. Someone should of informed the decision makers Greenville has other washes available and I along with my wife will be getting our vehicles washed elsewhere from now on. I hope no one is on commissions as I was not the only person complaining!!! Well thought out Mr Adams!!!!

  This place is awesome! I came to get my car washed here, I had mud, tar and bugs all over it. I got the rainx package and my car looks better than new. The quality of the workmanship here is very professional and I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. The employees here are respectful and very attentive and I was very much pleased with that! There's no place better to come and get service in Greenville, than Adam's Auto Wash! I will be coming back within the next few weeks to get my car washed again!

  Ran through a road that had just had asphalt put down and it got all over the bottom of my vehicle. It took about 45 minutes for them to get that stuff off my car. A big Thank You to John for helping me resolve this problem especially as I had to return to work and did not want this stuff drying on my car. This was my first time ever using a car wash and I will be back. Very relieved and happy with the overall results.

  I paid over $30 to have it washed, even offered to pay extra if they could get all the dog hair out (or at least 90%). She told me it wouldnt be necessary, they only charge extra for mud. Didn't wipe out the door jambs, dashboard, or the cup holders, didn't vacuum under the floor mats or under the seats. Was still dog hair everywhere, the outside of my car was still filthy- not to mention the roof. I also found debris on my roof even after they cleaned it twice. Wasn't hand dried like they promised or my car wouldn't have been dusty. I ran my finger across the side and it was black.
  
  And now my drivers seat will not move forward or back, and I have short legs- makes it near impossible to drive. I spent over 2 hours waiting to get my car back and it delayed my trip to VA.
  
  Still have not received a call back from the GM, as he had promised. Also called the store over 20 times and was completely ignored. This is completely unacceptable and is a poor way to run a business.
  
  Will be filing reports with the FTC, BBB, Yelp, Google- and if my front seat isn't taken care of then the local news station as well.

  Terrible job at cleaning the inside off my car, the outside looked good. The massage was not there so they would not refund my moon very but they did give me a coupon to come back to have it done for free, so I guess that fixes it. They did offer to do it over who has time for that???

  I was given coupons for Christmas. I enjoy not having to vacuum my car. All of their employees are very nice and polite. They also do a great job. The waiting area allows you to watch your car moving through the car wash. They even have steps so kids can watch the car too. If you decide not to watch there is an area with a television and benches.

  Very good service, employees are extremely helpful. Such a great atmosphere! When you come up there you feel truly welcomed. And a full-service is only 17.07 which is inside cleaned and out side washed and dried by hand. I was very impressed by my wash and how much the employees would go the extra mile to make me truly satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a car wash.bieng I work for tips I tipped the girl, and she was just extremely thankful. I truly feel like my business is wanted, and I am appreciated as a customer.

  Lucus is great and is a ogood and worth the money.
  If you go here for steam cleaning do it but anything else be prepared to tell them to do it over.
  
  The rest of this place SUCKS. The complete service includes interior. But yet doesn't include them cleaning the inside of your car 😒 They just "dust" it.
  
  Even the wash on the outside sucked. It was shiny but I can tell they took no time to wash my car.
  
  My year old car should look BRAND NEW when it gets a complete service not like I've been driving it for a year lol.
  
  They need supervision and quality control. Where's the manager?? Not once saw someone that seemed to be in charge.

  Had a very bad experience yesterday, waited almost 2 hrs with my 3 lil girls on top of that it was hot in the waiting room 😡 I was super frustrated omg I was ready to get the hell out of there 😠 Let me tell you, when I received my car 🚗 finally!! I checked the back 💺 cus I know how terrible they are. Come to a surprise they didn't even bother getting back there they came up with a stupid excuse. They couldn't get back there cus there not allowed to remove a car seat.. ok why didn't they come ask me to remove it? Or they could have gotten through the other side. Plus I had asked them when I first arrived if I should take it down and they said no it was fine! The manager didn't even apologize and the coworker slammed my door 😡 When I told them they were gonna take it back to have it clean.. promise this is true! I uploaded a picture of the back seat n the girl who was rude too bad I didn't get the manager 😠
