I've used these guys for years for personal and business needs. Never had a complaint and have always gotten very good quality. Recently had to have extra house keys made and the kids got them at Home Depot, Walmart and Ace Hardware. None of them worked! So I had 6 made at action and they all worked like brand new. They cost a little more than the big box places but the quality is worth 10 times more. I'll never use the others (mentioned above) again.

Had to have a new keys with built-in fobs made up for a Dodge Journey and a Ford Expedition. They did them fast and right. Just for kicks, I called 4 other places and found, without ever getting a quote, that the price Action gave me was the best. On the one, they were 50% less.

This is my only place to go for keys and locks.

I should have come here first. Home Depot and Ace couldn’t find my 06 GMC Canyon key to copy it and the gentleman here literally made a copy of the key in like 30 seconds (probably an overestimate), it works great, and it cost me $5. Incredible. New key pictured.

I called one of their competitors who It's very popular and their name starts with the letter B They tried to tell me it was goning cost $50 to get a broken key made that was broken right at the base. Came by action $3.50 later I've got a key that can unlock my front door. Took them 30 seconds to make my key fantastic shop will definitely check them out for any other lock needs

I left my card inside my vehicle while at work and called about 10 different locksmiths. Most either cost $100+ or we unavailable until the next day. Finally, I called Action.

Action was happy to give me a competitive quote without asking me for any personal information. Then, after I agreed to their service, she told me a tech, Oscar, would be there in a couple hours after he finished his other scheduled jobs.

Oscar texted and called about 15 minutes before he got to me and was very friendly and happy to answer my questions. He got my car unlocked within a few minutes and surprised me with a complementary spare key as well. Please give Oscar a raise if you see this.

If I am ever locked out of my car in SL again, I will be giving Action a call.
