Founded in 1986 by Mr. John Fisher, ACI Indiana has provided account recovery and litigation services for local business owners and service providers for over 35 years. Providing world-class and compliant collection services, ACI Indiana aims to continue to build upon Mr. Fisher's vision of maintaining personal attention and professional handling of accounts for all of our clients.Acquired by Mr. Aaron Benson in 2011, ACI Indiana modernized all aspects of the business by implementing new software programs, as well as new processes that align with all rulings and regulations related to the Accounts Receivable industry. Furthermore, he helped in diversifying our portfolio of clients to include more: Medical Providers Property Owners/Leasing Companies Financial Institutions and Government OfficesUnder his leadership, ACI Indiana has flourished and continued to grow over the past decade to where it stands today.Our current President, Ms. Heather Gilb, has been a long-time employee of Atlas, starting her journey here in the fall of 1996 as a Payment Entry Clerk before moving up through the ranks to a Collections Specialist, and then as the Operations Manager and Compliance Officer for the company. Equipped with a degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Accounting (Concentration: Forensic Accounting) and over 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Gilb is excited to continue her work with our clients and grow the business in the coming years.
